It is a storage place and not a warehouse, residence or an office.

Access Hours to Storage Place Maximum of 45 Minutes.

Insurance Up to 50,000 per storage room against Natural Calamities and Burglary

Customer has to pay all the rent on time. No Storage Access will be provided if there is a delay in paying the storage rental payment.

Penalty Charges on the Late Payment of rent.

Key Storage Holder, needs to setup a Nominee Name on the account.
8.
Termination of the Contract if the rent is not paid for two months and the goods will be auctioned to recover the cost.
9.
Storage Keeper needs to bring its own lock and keys.
10.
Storage keeper is not allowed to keep restricted items in the storage room like LPG cylinder, Fuel, Drugs, arms and ammunitions, Live Animals, food and chemicals.
